Mountain Magic Ranch

Gait Clinic at Mountain Magic Ranch

Mountain Magic Ranch would like to introduce you to our new staff. We have had some big changes here in the past nine months with new Ranch Managers Joe and Nicki Arcangeli. They bring with them years of experience in the horse world from ranching, training, farrier work, owning and operating their own ranch and trail riding facilities. They bring with them a genuine love of horses and appreciation for the Rocky Mountain Horse raised here.

Also new this summer is Sara Tharp as the new Trainer and Head of Sales for the ranch. Sara has trained many breeds and disciplines over the past 15 years but in the past five years has “gone gaited”. She is very excited to be at the ranch and working with our young herds, turning them into safe, competent trail horses for family, show or endurance. With Mountain Magic’s specialized training program these fine horses can go in any direction.

In order to introduce you to our new staff and have a day of fun we are offering a gaited horse clinic to all breeds of gaited horses and their riders at the ranch. If you do not have a gaited horse but would like to learn how to ride one we will be offering riders the opportunity to use one of our finished horses for a lesson.

The clinic will be held on July 18th, 2009 and will offer on-on-one lessons for an hour throughout the day starting at 9:00am. However, we encourage everyone to stay for the day and learn from each other. Lunch will be provided. If you would just like to come along and listen in you may do so for $10. All other lessons will be $50 with a $10 discount for using one of our horses or one purchased from the ranch in the past.

Directions to the Ranch: I-90 exit 283, go south 13 miles on Buffalo Jump Rd. From MT 84 (Norris Rd) take Madison Rd at Blacks Ford Fishing Access, go north approximately 4 miles to Buffalo Jump Rd. Watch for signs to the Ranch. GPS address is 13204 Buffalo Jump Rd, Three Forks, MT.

We hope to see you here. If you have questions or would like to reserve a spot in the clinic please call Sara at 406-285-6947, or email us through our contact us link.

We also hope to have more clinics in the future. If you are interested in attending a future clinic sign up for our contact list.
