Subject: Update on Sage (originally Test Run, out of Testy by Clippers Sharper Image)

Date: Wed, 1 Dec 2010Pat & fellow MMR folks - I hope your holidays are going well and the horses are treating ya'll well. A few years ago, I had purchased a coming two year old filly when I still lived in Pocatello, Idaho. She is all grown up now and I thought you might want an update. I was recently gathering firewood with my mare, Sage and I had some photos I thought you would like to see. She is doing great, as always, she is my "go to" horse. About two years ago, I had spent a little bit of time ground driving her and when starting her I was always messing with ropes and dragging light objects around. We finally combined those two skills and turns out Sage really loves pulling logs. She picked up the old cues as if it we did it two weeks ago! It is great to work with such a smart horse. We had a satisfying afternoon of work!
